The Institute of Data Science strives to provide high-quality digital content and teaching services. All sales of digital content, including eBooks, videos, and tutorials, are final once accessed or downloaded due to their nature. However, if technical issues on our end render the content defective or inaccessible, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request assistance or a replacement.
For in-person teaching services, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 72 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 72 hours, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable. If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling. Online teaching services offer a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance; cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable, and our cancellations provide a refund or rescheduling option. Subscription plans, if applicable, allow refunds for unused portions if canceled within 14 days of purchase, and access will be terminated upon issuance.
To request a refund, email support@iods.ai with your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation, such as screenshots for digital content issues. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are not available for successfully accessed digital content, missed sessions without timely cancellation, or fully rendered services. Visit iods.ai for more details.
